Refunds + Exchanges


Please follow the below steps to make a return:

  • Pack and seal box securely with original tags attached.
  • Ship the package back to us using any shipping method.  It is recommended you use a shipping service that utilizes tracking information.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • All return packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
  • We recommend you ensure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.
  • Credits for returned items will be issued within 7-15 business days from receipt.
  • Call our Customer Service with any questions.


  • Please contact customer service for all exchange inquiries.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.  If a replacement is not available for a damaged item, we will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
