Refunds + Exchanges
Please follow the below steps to make a return:
- Pack and seal box securely with original tags attached.
- Ship the package back to us using any shipping method. It is recommended you use a shipping service that utilizes tracking information.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- All return packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
- We recommend you ensure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.
- Credits for returned items will be issued within 7-15 business days from receipt.
- Call our Customer Service with any questions.
- Please contact customer service for all exchange inquiries.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. If a replacement is not available for a damaged item, we will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
